Sarah Righter stepped on to her first yoga mat in 2000 after dragging her college friends to a class at the community center. Although her friends were skeptical, Sarah left knowing there was something more to this practice than "stretching." While she was initially drawn to yoga for the physical challenge, it was the breath work and meditation that had the most impact on her well-being. Sarah is a 500 RYT after completing her initial 200 hour training at YogaWorks in Seattle in 2010, and 300 hour training at Charm City Yoga in Baltimore in 2015. She also completed a 100 hour training in Meditation in 2017 with Yogini Kali Om and Jennifer Randle. Sarah believes that no effort is wasted on the mat and loves sharing the practice of yoga.
