Eric Radom has been practicing Yoga since 2012. In 2014, he decided to expand his knowledge in the practice and theory of yoga and incorporated physical and philosophical aspects of it into his personal life. He studied Yoga and obtained his Hatha Raja Yoga (RYT-200) teacher certification under the guidance of his dear teacher, Yogini Kali Om (who studied under world renowned Yoga Master, Sri Dharma Mittra).
Having overcome many perceived limits in his own life, including numerous addictions, clinical depression/anxiety, and chronic back pain, Eric is dedicated to sharing his practice and knowledge with others. He believes that through the practice of pranayama (breath control), meditation, and asana (yoga poses), each one of us can break through perceived limits and make lasting changes in our lives.
In Eric’s classes, he will challenge you to stay present in each moment, practice with enthusiasm, and use the body that God has provided you, to calm your mind, and find your true Self within.
