Chad Vrany Introduced to yoga by a friend after an injury from extreme sports, I found solace and quiet in my mind without having to scream down a mountain, travel at extraordinary speeds or go long distances. Through my practice, I have fostered greater mobility, healing my body and increasing stillness in my mind. I'm excited to be able to share my experiences with others and help them along their journey.
Hatha Raja yoga is a graceful yet challenging form of yoga. The practice aims to improve the physical, mental, and emotional bodies and typically includes practices in pranayama, meditation, asana, and deep relaxation. Although each class may vary in postures, the essence and focus is the same; to improve on strength, flexibility, concentration, and peace. The ultimate goal being self-realization.
